It is also a tool for returning to your resource activities, structuring your time in such a way as to help the psyche and body survive this period

What topics do the cards reveal?
Cards for analysis. The ability to get out of the categorical emotions that accompany the breakup of a relationship and analyze what was not okay in the relationship, what should not be repeated in the future, identify red and green flags in the relationship.
Cards for self-reflection. The way to find yourself - your interests, your needs, your strength. To see and accept your vulnerability to allow it to happen and move on.

How to play?
1. Find a comfortable place for yourself where you can concentrate.
2. Put the cards with the questions down. We also advise you to take a notebook and a pen.
3. Answer the questions by writing your answers.
4. Not all questions will be answered here and now. This is normal. You can return to some cards after a certain time.
5. Allow yourself to go deep inside yourself. Observe yourself, think about your experiences, actions, feelings and reactions.
6. When you go to tasks, choose something that you can do today. Treat these cards as practical exercises to help you deal with a breakup.
7. Let this game guide you through a breakup to your true self.
