Henri Cartier-Bresson: Interviews and Conversations (1951-1998)
The first Ukrainian translation includes twelve iconic interviews and conversations with Henri Cartier-Bresson between 1951 and 1998, when the photographer received the most media attention. These oral, fundamental testimonies convey the spirit of the master of photography and serve as a lasting document of his life and work, which inspired generations of photographers and artists. For the most part, they have not been republished since publication, so they were difficult to find. They reveal Cartier-Bresson, who fascinates and admires, who talks about photography, comments on the situation in the world and looks back on his life.
The book is made on high-quality Swedish paper, the cover is made on designer cardboard with white embossing, and the design refers to the original layout of the French edition of the Pompidou Center. Prior to printing, the entire file was approved by the Henri Cartier-Bresson Foundation 📌
