The love for clothes was passed down through the generations, and in the 20th century Oleksandr Povoroznyk (founder of the brand), having studied at the Lviv Academy of Arts, received a rare profession - an artist-designer of clothes with a narrow specialization (technology of knitted products).
And, while still studying in Lviv, he created a knitwear production, which for 20 years honed his own style and exquisite simplicity, which formed the basis of the ELVI brand.
